Primarily utilised for drilling tube plate, clapboard, flange and big plate in petrochemical, boiler, wind power, flange industries and also for relationship plates in constructing, bridge, warmth trade, iron tower industries.
Product attribute:
one. Large-load linear roller guide pairs are geared up on two sides of the device bed respectively. The longitudinal movement of the gantry’s two sides is driven synchronously by way of AC servo motor and precise ballscrew pair of big pitch.
two. Two movable slides are geared up on the cross beam of gantry. The sliders are guided by two linear roller guidebook pairs and driven by AC servo motor and exact ballscrew pair of big pitch respectively.
3. The slides on the cross beam are equipped with vertical CNC feeding ram-kind drilling spindle, which adopts special conversion motor with large load for spindle. The motor drives the spindle by way of synchronous belt. The drilling spindle adopts ZheJiang precision spindle (innercooling) with disk spring automatic broach mechanism, hydraulic cylinder loosing cutter, extremely handy to alter shank.
four. The device is geared up with hydraulic system to complete the hydraulic equilibrium of vertical ram and hydraulic cutter loosing of spindle.
five. It adopts FAGOR8055 CNC technique of Spain, geared up with RS232 interface and Liquid crystal display display. The automatic programming provided can not only produce processing programs automatically, but also preview gap placement just before drilling.
six.It is equipped with chain-plate kind automated chip-conveyor and chip collection trolley. The cooling method is geared up with paper filer, high-stress innercooling pump and low-strain outercooling pump, which are used for innercooling or outercooling of cutter.
